Brian Castleberry

Brian Castleberry is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Leopardo Construction since June 2025, Brian previously held similar senior management roles at Hoar Construction from June 2016 to June 2025 and Winter Construction from March 2014 to June 2016. Brian's career began at HENSEL PHELPS as a Project Engineer from May 1998 to October 2005, followed by various project management and superintendent positions at Tatro Construction Co., Kelsey Construction, and Eby Construction Company. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, attained between 1991 and 1996.
