34th Street Magazine
Alex Baxter is a versatile writer and photographer currently serving as an Opinion Columnist and Photographer for The Daily Pennsylvanian, Inc. since September 2022, while also acting as a Penn Global Correspondent for the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Alex contributes as a Film and TV Writer for 34th Street Magazine and holds the position of Assistant Secretary General for the University of Pennsylvania Model UN Conference. Previous roles include Opinion Contributor for The Student, Session Leader for EconPALS, and Publicity Secretary for Edinburgh University American Football. Alex completed an internship at the Institute of Economic Affairs in London in mid-2021. Educationally, Alex pursued an Exchange Student program at the University of Pennsylvania in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics and is working towards a Master of Arts in the same field at The University of Edinburgh, following a High School Diploma from King's Bruton.
