Cindy Polizzi

Cindy Polizzi is an experienced professional in supply and demand management and continuous learning within the aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Supply & Demand Operations Leader at GE Aerospace since October 2021, Cindy oversees the ODA training value stream while supporting various operational processes. Prior to this role, Cindy was a Senior Continuous Learning Leader, focusing on empowering technical talent through knowledge sharing. Previous positions include Senior Technical Learning Leader at GE Research, Sales & Operations Planning Leader at GE Oil & Gas, and Engineering Leader, where Cindy led productivity programs and advanced engineering support. With a foundation in product engineering and project leadership within GE's diverse organizations, Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester.
