Arthur joined 3545 in 1995 and has been serving the technology needs of legal and service professionals for over 25 years. As a Partner, as well as the leader of the Engineering team, Arthur understands that when systems support software, then the end user experience is seamless.

By maintaining certifications in both applications and systems, he can recognize and foresee the challenges of the end user, and works side by side with his team it to give clients a trouble-free experience.
