Global Digital Campaigner at 350.org

Ellie May is a Global Digital Campaigner at 350.org. Ellie has previous experience as a Digital Content Manager for The Labour Party and as a Digital Communications Officer for Freedom from Torture.

May is responsible for designing and implementing campaigns, managing Freedom from Torture's social media presence, designing graphics and images, and overseeing the development of a social media strategy. Ellie has also created and managed digital content plans, including building content generation capacity across the organisation.

May has also line-managed volunteers and interns, and has delivered event support and offline elements of communications when necessary.

Ellie May has a degree in Theirtory from UCL. Her specialisation is in Modern Political and Economic Theirtory, with a focus on South and Central America and the British Empire.
