Phillip Hagan has over 25 years of experience in the IT field. Phillip began their career in 1993 as a Network Systems Manager with the United States Air Force, where they administered a 50 user integrated Sun Solaris 2.4 and NT 4.0 network and served as the Chief Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO). Phillip then moved on to Family Service Centers in 2000, where they were the Director of Information Systems. During their time there, they modernized an aging 2 server network, adding 10 new servers and over 40 workstations, and migrated an NT 4 and Exchange 5.5 network to Windows and Exchange 2000. In 2005, Phillip began working at Community Action Stops Abuse as an IT Coordinator/IT Engineer, where they upgraded and virtualized 6 servers, redesigned and installed an iSCSI NAS backup solution, oversaw the installation of a new VOIP phone system, maintained and upgraded 4 Sonicwall firewalls and VPN connections, and modernized an aging 2 server network. In 2016, Phillip joined 360 Advanced, Inc. as a Technical Services Manager and Senior Associate.
Phillip Hagan began their educational journey at Lake Mary High School, where they graduated with a High School Degree in 1986. Phillip then attended Seminole State College of Florida, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in 1988. Following this, they attended the University of Central Florida, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 1991. In addition to their academic qualifications, Phillip Hagan also holds several certifications, including a QSA from the PCI Security Standards Council (obtained in 2017), a CISA from ISACA (obtained in 2005), a CISM from ISACA (obtained in 2004), a CISSP from ISC2 (obtained in 2003), and a CCSFP from HITRUST (obtained in 2019).
