Neal Day

Neal Day, CxA BE, is a seasoned professional in building consulting and construction management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at 360 Building Group Consulting since September 2023, Neal has been providing expertise in building construction and enclosure consultation through Day Building Consulting LLC since February 2021. Previously, Neal held significant roles at JP Cullen as a Project Manager and Enclosure Specialist from June 2003 to August 2020, overseeing various institutional and commercial projects. Neal's career began at Ingersoll Machine Tools as a Product Manager, followed by a position as Engineering Manager at Daley Design and Manufacture, Inc. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rock Valley College, complemented by a Journeyman certification in Tool and Die Technology.
