Jimmy Fabrizio

Jimmy Fabrizio is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Professional Services Consultant at HireVue since October 2022. In this role, Jimmy consults diverse clients across private, government, and education sectors, overseeing implementation and adoption of HR and recruiting software solutions while managing a portfolio of 10-15 projects. Prior to HireVue, Jimmy held various positions including Recruiting Account Lead and Campus Recruiting Specialist at Deloitte, and Assistant Director of Career Management at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Additionally, experience at Carnegie Mellon University as an Assistant Director/Career Consultant involved transitioning to new career management software and engaging in student career success initiatives. Jimmy holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Student Ministry from Geneva College.
