Aadil Khan [LION] has an extensive experience in the business development field, currently serving as the VP/Head Business Development at 360 Degree Customer INC. Their leadership played a crucial role in growing the company to a successful $75 million company despite economic challenges. Prior to this, Aadil worked as a Client Manager at Sapphire Global UK, where Aadil initiated and managed various customer-focused voice-based businesses in the UK and India. In their earlier role as a Team Leader at Spectra mind BPO, Aadil demonstrated strong leadership and team building skills. Aadil holds a degree in Computers from Aligarh Muslim University and has a strong educational background in mathematics and science.
