Lauren Featherstone

Lauren Featherstone is currently the Design Development Manager at 360 Destination Group since January 2023 and serves as a Health Coach at The Body Shop Gilbert, where Lauren also operates LaFeathe. Fit, LLC. Previously, Lauren worked at Southwest Conference Planners as a Sales Account Executive, orchestrating over $12 million in events for major Fortune 500 clients before a position elimination due to COVID-19. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Account Coordinator and contributing writer for Arizona Foothills Magazine, and various positions in sales and event planning at Hallmark Cards, Nonny's Creations, and the City of Chandler. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Arizona State University, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
