Olivia Eiken

Olivia Eiken serves as the Design & Development Manager at 360 Destination Group since March 2022, bringing experience from previous roles including Corporate Partnerships Intern with the Florida Panthers and Partnership Activation Intern with the Chicago Red Stars. Notable accomplishments encompass tracking social media analytics, conducting research for event planning, and assisting in creating sponsorship recap decks. Olivia's practicum experiences at the University of Iowa involved enhancing the NASCAR fan experience, developing community outreach for tennis events, and coordinating customer service at collegiate sporting activities. Additionally, Olivia worked as a Project Management Intern at the International Gynecologic Cancer Society, where responsibilities included budgeting support and drafting governance policies. Olivia holds a B.S. in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa, with a concentration in Business Studies and an Event Planning Certificate.
