Amanda Faith

Amanda Faith is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at 360 Engineering & Environmental since October 2022, and previously held the position of Manager of People Operations. Prior to this role, Amanda served as the Human Resources Business Partner Manager at CBI Health Group and as an HRBP Advisor at Alberta Health Services. Amanda's expertise includes full cycle recruitment, organizational review, HR policy creation, employee benefits negotiation, and disability management, along with experience in various HR roles spanning over a decade. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Royal University, completed in 2011.
