Deborah Roberts

Deborah Roberts is the current Co-CEO and COO of 360 Health + Community. Deborah has also served as the Executive Manager of Individualized Services at 360 Health + Community, the Director of Mental Health at the National Disability Insurance Agency, and the Director of Service Delivery at the National Disability Insurance Agency. Additionally, they have worked as the Senior Project Manager at the Mental Health Commission of Western Australia and as the Director of Clinical and Therapy Services at Mental Health Care UK.

Roberts has a long history of working in positions that help others. Deborah is a Clinical psychologist by trade and has used their skills to help shape policy and service delivery models across various organizations. Deborah is an advocate for those with disabilities and mental health issues, and has worked tirelessly to improve access to services and support for those who need it most.

Roberts is a passionate leader with a deep commitment to social justice. Deborah is a strong voice for those who are often voiceless, and will continue to fight for a more equitable society for all.

Deborah Roberts holds a Masters of Applied Psychology from Murdoch University, with a Clinical and Organisational focus. Deborah also holds a degree from Armadale Senior High School in WA.
