Eric started his hospitality venture in Las Vegas where he received his bachelor’s degree in hotel management. After some time spent rising through the ranks at Mandalay Bay and leaving as the front office manager, he moved to Seattle to be closer to his family where he joined the 360º Hotel Group in February 2016 as a Director of Housekeeping. His desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry continued to propel him forward first to Assistant General Manager of Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Lynnwood, then to a task force position covering 2 hotels as interim General Manager and finally to his permanent current position as General Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Lynnwood, WA. Eric loves to travel, stay active and play golf whenever the opportunity arises.
