Ximena Acuna

Ximena Acuna is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Express Outlets at Grand Sierra Resort since July 2013. Ximena also owned Farm Fresh Catering from January 2015 until July 2024 and previously held various roles in the restaurant sector, including serving as a General Manager of Papi Tinos, as well as a Server and Supervisor at Hacienda Restaurant. Additional experience includes managing The Beach at Grand Sierra Resort and Xtreme Sports Bar. Ximena's educational background includes studies at Inacap from 2000 to 2004 and UDD from 1999 to 2000.
