Hy-Bien Nguyen's work experience starts in 2005 as a Junior Electronic Engineer at Bull S.A., where they designed a Power Over Ethernet Supplier. Hy-Bien then worked as a Junior Engineer at France Telecom R&D in 2006 and as a Software Engineer at SAGEM Mobiles from 2006 to 2009, focusing on Java 2 Micro Edition technology.

From 2009 to 2010, Hy-Bien was the Java & Android Technical Leader at Abaxia, responsible for starting and developing Android activities within the company. Hy-Bien then joined HTC as a Technical Project Manager & Team Leader in 2010, and later became a Program Manager in 2011. At HTC, they defined solutions and drove collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In 2012, Hy-Bien became the Chief Operating Officer at Labgency, managing a team of development and contributing to the strategy and roadmap. Hy-Bien then served as the Technical Director at Viablue from 2013 to 2015, overseeing the build and design of the e-Learning platform LEARNING PARK.

In 2015, Hy-Bien co-founded WINGiT and served as the CTO & Data Scientist until 2017, playing a key role in the development of the platform using big data, machine learning, and .NET technologies. Hy-Bien also raised 2.6 million euros in fundraising for WINGiT.

Most recently, Hy-Bien has been the Chief Scientific Officer at 360 medics since 2018.

Hy-Bien Nguyen attended the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree. Prior to that, they studied at Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their educational background, Hy-Bien Nguyen has obtained certifications from Google, including "How Google does Machine Learning" and "Launching into Machine Learning" in August 2018.
