Asheesh Sharma

Asheesh Sharma has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Asheesh is currently working as the Lead (Delivery & Programs) at 360 ONE. Prior to this, they served as a Delivery Manager at Jio Tesseract, where they played a crucial role in the development of the Jio-Glass and worked in the Mixed Reality space. Asheesh also served as an Advisory Board Member at Blunt Arrow.

Before joining 360 ONE, Asheesh worked at Diadeis sgsco as the Application Delivery Head, where they were responsible for end-to-end software application and product development. Asheesh also initiated projects related to Augmented Reality and Power BI and managed the global rollout and support for Service Now.

Prior to Diadeis sgsco, Asheesh worked at GSK Consumer Healthcare India as a Global Delivery Manager. In this role, they successfully implemented the Distributor Management System (DMS) globally and implemented Agile frameworks and GST compliance in legacy applications.

Asheesh also served as the VP - Client Partner at Saviance Technologies, where they made significant contributions to product delivery and business growth. Asheesh played a key role in the launch and marketing of the flagship product, Viburnix, and increased revenue through strategic initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Asheesh held positions at IBM as a Senior Program & Delivery Manager, Samin TekMindz India Pvt Limited as a Global Delivery Head, Infogain India as a Delivery Manager, and Xansa plc as a Program Manager.

Asheesh Sharma obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information & Technologies with a field of study in PGDBM - IT (eCommerce) between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as Salesforce, data science, artificial intelligence, project management, and more. Some of these certifications include being a Certified Commercial Banker, a Project Management Professional, an Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master, and having completed ITIL - Service Delivery Management, among others.
