Ramchandra Sangodkar

Ramchandra Sangodkar has a strong background in human resources and has held various positions throughout their career. Ramchandra is currently the Vice President & Human Resource Business Partner at 360 ONE since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IIFL Wealth Management Limited, where they held roles such as Associate Vice President, Senior Manager, and Manager HR from 2015 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Wockhardt as an Assistant Manager Sales HR from 2012 to 2015. Ramchandra also worked at J M Financial Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior HR Executive from 2010 to 2012 and at Standard Chartered Capital Markets as an HR Trainee in 2010.
