Chris Miller

Chris Miller possesses extensive experience in project management and property management. Currently serving as Project Manager at ORC since February 2023, Chris previously held multiple roles at West Virginia DOT from September 2016 to February 2023, including Chief of Relocation/Property Management and Realty Agent. Previous experience includes positions at Walmart as Assistant Manager and American Electric Power as Right of Way Agent. Chris began a career in realty with roles at West Virginia DOT and O.R. Colan, progressing into project management at Gulf Coast Property Acquisition, Inc. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marshall University.
