Ann Mooney

Ann Mooney serves as the Executive Director at the Sedler Xavier Center for Experiential Learning (XCEL) in Business at Xavier University since February 2022, focusing on providing students with real-world business experiences. In May 2023, Ann co-founded Better Blend Xavier, a student-led healthy food operation, and also co-founded Xavier Element, while serving as a partner and investor at BOC Development. As the founder and chief strategist of Rising Moon Consulting LLC since 2009, Ann is recognized as an expert in business strategy and marketing. Additional roles include advising on technology funds and serving as a member and investor with Queen City Angels and advisory positions at various organizations, including Plankk and AKRU. Ann holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
