Matt McWilliams has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. In 1994, they began their career at Best Buy as a Senior Product Specialist. In 1999, they joined CompUSA as a Regional Parts Administrator, working their way up to Technical Services Sales Manager. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Freelance IT Consulting and Web Design for Mr. Computer Repairs, LLC. During this time, they also worked as a Copier Technician for United Office Systems. In 2009, they joined Milner, Inc. as a Network Analyst and Network Operations Center Supervisor, eventually becoming the Network Operations Manager and Helpdesk Technical Lead. In 2017, they joined Milner Technology Services as a Tier 2 Lead Help Desk Engineer. Most recently, they have been working as a Network Engineer for 360 Smart Networks since 2019.

Matt McWilliams attended Westwood College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Security. Matt also completed a training program certificate from New Horizons Training Center in Network+ and CCNA.
