Avia Potashnik

Avia Potashnik is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, coaching, and personal training. Currently serving as a freelancer at 360 Training Ltd since June 2023, Avia focuses on creating tailored learning and development solutions for various organizations. In addition to this role, Avia works as a coach and corporate wellness provider at The Barn KT9, a wellness space on a family-run farm. Avia is also the owner of Avia Surrey PT, offering personal training and nutrition coaching since January 2020, while engaging in consulting projects related to sales leadership and medical communications. Previously, Avia held significant positions such as Director of Sales - International at Wolters Kluwer, and Head of Sales for Academic Journals at Nature Publishing Group, alongside earlier roles in sales management. Avia holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Newcastle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Westminster.
