Antony Ramon has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Antony worked at Webhelp as an Account Manager and later as a Key Account Manager from November 2007 to August 2011. Then they joined Iliad / Free as a Customer Service Executive in December 2011 and stayed there till November 2015. Following that, they worked at Amazon as a Concessions Program Manager (Customer Service) for a year from November 2015 to November 2016. From November 2016 to May 2019, Antony served as the Customer Service Director at Cityscoot, where they set up and scaled the Customer Service department. Antony then worked as the Head of Customer Onboarding at Qonto from June 2019 to February 2020. Antony continued their professional journey as a Teacher Assistant at Le Wagon from October 2020 to February 2021. Currently, they are employed as the Head of EMEA Customer Support at 360Learning, where they empower Learning and Development teams to drive culture and growth through Collaborative Learning.
Antony Ramon obtained an Engineer degree from ENSTA Paris from 2004 to 2007. Recently, in 2020, they pursued web development at Le Wagon.
