Abdul Basit

Abdul Basit began their work experience in 2012 at Nestle Pakistan as a Sales Automation Officer. In this role, they were responsible for data verification, communication with distribution managers, and conducting system audits. In 2013, they interned as a Desktop Support Technician at 360training.com, where they managed computer systems and user accounts. Later that year, they joined Saleem Brothers as an Assistant Manager and Administrator, handling delivery orders, managing sales/purchase entries, and inputting sales data into business software. In 2015, they started working at 360training as a Junior System Administrator, monitoring server and network availability, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system documentation. Additionally, in the same company, they served as an I.T Help-Desk Engineer, with responsibilities including administering the Windows Active Directory Network and supporting various server functionalities.

Abdul Basit completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Abdul Basit has also obtained several certifications from various institutions. Abdul completed courses such as "VMware vSphere Networking Crash Course" and "Kubernetes for the Absolute Beginners - Hands-on" from Udemy in 2022. Abdul also obtained the "CCNA: Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation," "CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials," and "CCNA: Introduction to Networks" certifications from Cisco in 2021. Moreover, they acquired certifications such as "Enterprise Linux 7 System Administrator 1" and "Enterprise Linux 7 System Administrator 2" from StormWind Studios in 2021 and 2020 respectively. Abdul also completed courses on Windows Server administration, including "Installation, Storage, and Compute with Windows Server 2016," "Introduction to Windows Server 2019," and "Networking with Windows Server 2016" from StormWind Studios. Lastly, Abdul Basit obtained the "ITIL Foundation Level" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019 and the "Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012" certification from Udemy Free Courses in 2017.
