Pierre CLÉMENT

Pierre Clément has extensive work experience in the field of web development and infrastructure. Pierre has held various roles in multiple companies starting from 2006 till 2023.

In 2023, Pierre worked as the Lead Infrastructure at Home Assistant.

From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Decathlon International as an R&D Engineer. In this role, Pierre was responsible for testing new technologies and developing tools for both customers and employees. Additionally, they managed their team's AWS account and infrastructure.

Before Decathlon, Pierre worked at GIROPTIC from 2016 to 2018 as a Technical Leader. In this role, they worked on backend development, frontend implementation, and DevOps tasks, such as the migration to AWS and integration of continuous integration tools.

Prior to GIROPTIC, Pierre was a Front-End Developer at AXA en France from 2014 to 2016. Pierre primarily focused on JavaScript development and collaborated with the design team. Pierre also used their technical expertise and research skills to propose improvements and innovations.

From 2013 to 2014, Pierre worked as a Web Developer at Recisio / Tency Music where they worked on various projects including report generation, development of personalized tracks, and improvement of karaoke systems.

In 2012, Pierre worked as a Web Developer at Merkutio.

Pierre's educational experience includes being a PHD Student and Research Engineer Intern at Université d'Avignon, LIA from 2009 to 2012.

Additionally, Pierre worked as a freelance Web Developer from 2010 to 2011.

Pierre'searly experience includes an internship as a Web Development Intern at Inria in 2006.

Pierre Clément has a diverse education history in the field of informatique (computer science) and internet technologies. In 2004-2006, they attended the Marketing Academy in London, where they earned a DUT degree in Informatique Génie Logiciel. Following this, in 2006-2007, they studied at Avignon Université in France and obtained a Licence in Informatique. Pierre then pursued a Bachelor Honours of Science degree in Computing in Internet Technologies at Dundalk Institute of Technology in Ireland from 2007 to 2008. Finally, in 2008-2009, Pierre completed their education at Avignon Université, acquiring a Master's degree in Informatique.
