Rick Laymance has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to customer support, network operations, and security. Rick started their career as a Safety and Security Supervisor at Blue Cross Blue Shield Florida in 1999. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as a Supervisor at Equinix Operations Center overseeing the Security Operations Center. Since 2013, Rick has been with 365 Data Centers, where they have held several positions, including Senior Manager of the Customer Support Center and Director of NOC and Customer Service Centers. Their responsibilities at 365 Data Centers have involved improving the security and reliability of IT infrastructure, reducing complexity in colocation services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Rick Laymance attended Tullahoma High School from 1969 to 1973 and obtained a degree in General Studies. Rick later pursued a degree in Business Administration at Florida Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2006.
