Jerrica Thomas has over a decade of operational leadership experience in various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at 365 Holdings since January 2019, Jerrica previously held the position of Director of Operations at the same company. Prior to this role, Jerrica worked at Verizon from January 2010 to December 2018 as Solutions Manager, where responsibility included managing client solutions and optimizing operational efficiency. Jerrica’s career began at Blockbuster as Store Manager from July 2008 to December 2009, where Jerrica developed essential managerial skills in a retail environment.
