Doug Smilor

Doug Smilor is an accomplished engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in the industrial coatings sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Trimac Industrial Systems, LLC since May 2023, Doug oversees engineering, manufacturing, and sales of industrial infrared and finishing systems. Previous roles include Staff Manufacturing Engineer for Tesla's Cybertruck paint initiatives and Staff Engineer for global paint services at John Deere. Doug has also provided consulting as a Process Engineering Consultant and held engineering positions at Trek Bicycle Corporation, Indian Motorcycle, CCI Thermal Technology, pdk engineering, and RAMCO Finishing Systems. Doug holds educational credentials from Cleveland State University and Lorain County Community College.
