Christopher Kiesling

Christopher Kiesling has over 15 years of work experience in various management roles. Christopher is currently the Director of Operations at 365 Retail Markets since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations Director at Swagelok Michigan | Toledo from March 2018 to November 2021, where they managed multiple departments and implemented a successful 3-year strategic plan. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the General Manager at Detroit Bikes, overseeing daily operations and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to increase output and improve sales. Before that, they worked at DTE Energy from 2006 to 2016, holding positions such as Project Manager, Plant Manager, Manager Business Development, and Business Unit Manager. In these roles, they led safety assessments, managed large teams, improved community relations, and successfully negotiated commercial contracts. Christopher also served as the General Manager at National Industrial Maintenance, Inc. from 2002 to 2004.

Christopher Kiesling obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, graduating in the year 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from MMTC in February 2006.
