Béatrice Jansen

Béatrice Jansen has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 when they worked as a Teacher in the National Education system. In this role, they managed a class, created educational programs, developed teaching tools, and collaborated with partners and parents for educational projects.

In 2019, Béatrice worked as an Assistant in Human Resources at Adecco for a short period.

From 2019 to 2020, they served as an Integrating Mission Officer at L'Atelier SIIS, where they supported employees in finding jobs and created a network of professionals ready to hire trained individuals in various sectors.

In 2020, Béatrice joined Winoa as a Human Resources Officer involved in the company's digital transformation. Béatrice'sresponsibilities included reporting, being the global point of contact for local HR, creating support for the implementation of a new payroll system, and developing tools for improving daily practices. Béatrice also worked on transforming job roles by creating a repository of key competences and valorizing performance around the group's talents.

Béatrice'srole at Winoa evolved into a Human Resources Project Coordinator, where they focused on transformation of work methods by deploying telework and addressing associated challenges.

Currently, Béatrice is working at 365Talents as a Customer Solution Specialist, starting in 2023.

Béatrice Jansen's education history begins in 2006, when they enrolled at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Education Science. Béatrice studied subjects related to education, work, and training during their time there, and completed their degree in 2009. In 2009, Béatrice continued their studies at UPEC and pursued a Master's degree in Expertise, Engineering, and Organizational Management. Béatrice'sstudies focused on training, psychology, pedagogy, and the history of education. Béatrice completed their Master's degree in 2011. In 2018, Béatrice attended Greta Formation - Académie de Grenoble, where they obtained a degree in Human Resources Assistant. Béatrice'sstudies at Greta Formation focused on human resources management and personnel administration. Lastly, in 2020, Béatrice enrolled at MBway Grenoble to pursue an MBA in Human Resources Management. Béatrice completed their studies in 2021, specializing in the field of Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.
