Léa Riaudel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Léa is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at 365Talents, where they are responsible for onboarding new clients. Prior to that, they worked at ConvictionsRH as an HR Consultant, specializing in HR, HRIS, and Digital transformation projects. In this role, they conducted various consulting projects, change management strategies, and project management tasks. Léa also worked as an HR Generalist at LafargeHolcim and as a Product Manager at OAG Profile, where they developed a recruitment platform specialized in Oil & Gas. Léa has also gained experience as a Sales Marketing Intern at Socomec and as an Intern at BPIFRANCE, where they worked in various divisions and gained skills in IT and event coordination.
