Paul Mougel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paul started their career as a Web Developer intern at Institut Paul Bocuse in 2011 and later worked as an Instructor at Bimp Informatique. In 2012, they were a Visiting Student at the University of Birmingham, where they conducted theoretical research on social networks and implemented big data analysis algorithms.

From 2012 to 2013, Paul worked as a Software Developer at ETIC INSA Technologies and gained experience in software development. In 2013, they interned at Worldline by Atos as a Software Engineer, where they refactored and deployed a data processing pipeline for SmartData, a Big Data SaaS software.

In 2014, Paul joined Harvard Medical School as a Software Engineer, leading the development of the MRI analysis platform called SPINE. Paul also worked at Inria as a Software Engineer, developing the intermediation platform Jumplyn for university students.

Since 2015, they have been the CTO at 365Talents, responsible for overseeing the technological aspects of the company. Additionally, Paul has also been working as an Independent Consultant & Software Engineer, providing programming services and project management for various clients.

Paul Mougel attended Lycée Descartes in 2009 and obtained their Baccalauréat S with a specialization in Mathematics. In the same year, they also enrolled at IUT Lyon 1 and pursued a DUT degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2011. Paul then went on to study at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2011 to 2014, earning a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree with a focus on Telecommunication. Furthermore, they have obtained TOEIC certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS), although the specific month and year of this achievement are not provided.
