Ben Olbourne is a distinguished barrister and arbitrator with extensive experience in commercial, international, and human rights law. Since November 2014, Ben has been practicing at Thirty Nine Essex Chambers, having previously served as a barrister at 20 Essex St from September 2003 to November 2014. Notably, Ben worked as an associate to Chief Justice Gleeson at the High Court of Australia from 1999 to 2000. Ben holds an LLM in International Law from the University of Cambridge and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Sydney. Additionally, educational qualifications include a B.A. (Hons) in International Relations from The Australian National University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Sydney, and foundational education at Sydney Grammar School.
