Blake Richter

Blake Richter has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles.

In 1997, they worked as a Manager, Risk Operations Scheduling and Forecasting at Capital One, where they managed a team of Fraud Analysts and successfully reduced overall fraud losses.

From 2000 to 2003, Richter worked at US Bank as a Manager, Fraud Operations, overseeing call center units and maintaining fraud detection efforts.

Blake then moved to Deluxe Corporation in 2003, where they held multiple roles, including Resource Management Group Manager and Group Manager, Business Support. In these positions, they managed operational teams and expenses, receiving recognition for resolving customer issues.

From 2010 to 2013, Richter worked as the Sr. Vice President, Operations Support at Bank of America, leading the Operations Support Teams and focusing on operational improvements.

At Think Finance, they served as the Sr. Director, Client Relations and Operations, overseeing the Customer Contact Command Center and providing consulting services to clients.

Richter then joined Diligent Investments as a Partner, supporting Historically Underutilized Business owners in starting their own ventures.

From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Plain Green, LLC as the Vice President of Business Operations, responsible for directing front-line operations, managing vendor relationships, and achieving significant expense reductions.

Currently, Richter holds the position of Vice President Operations at 391 Financial, an online consumer finance company that offers investment opportunities to accredited investors.

Blake Richter began their education journey in 1992 at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Blake completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Marketing in 1997. Following this, in 2001, they enrolled at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Operations Management. Blake successfully completed their MBA in 2003.
