Elad Rosenberg

Elad Rosenberg is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Noibu since June 2025. Previously, Elad held the position of Director of Finance at Mattermost from November 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included managing FP&A processes and budget preparation. From January 2021 to December 2024, Elad was an Advisor and Fractional CFO at Merchavia Holdings, leading the global finance function for a publicly-traded investment company. Prior roles include Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Tucows and Senior Manager in Corporate Development at PwC, with a focus on corporate strategy, M&A, and performance improvement. Elad holds a Master’s degree in Economics from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
