Shailesh Pandit

Shailesh Pandit is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the composite and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Area Sales Manager at 3A Composites since March 2013, Shailesh previously held the position of Sr. Sales Executive at thyssenkrupp from October 2008 to March 2013, and worked as a Sales Engineer at NTN-SNR from August 2007 to September 2008. Shailesh began a career in sales as a Graduate Trainee at Mahindra Group from September 2004 to September 2005. Educational qualifications include an MMS in Marketing from St. Francis Institute of Management & Research (2005-2007), a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, and a Diploma in Production Engineering from Fr. Agnels Business School. Early education includes SSC from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics.
