Amit Gadre

Amit Gadre is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the retail, hospitality, and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Senior Legal Counsel at Landmark Group since July 2013, Amit oversees legal affairs across 20+ countries, leads a team of in-house lawyers, and heads functions such as IPR and franchising. Prior roles include Senior Manager Legal at Roots Corporation Limited, Zonal Legal Manager at Spencer's Retail Limited, Assistant Manager at Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited, Legal Consultant at Paxchem Ltd., and Junior Advocate at Niranjan & Associates. Amit holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of London and an LLB from the University of Mumbai, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology and Exports.
