Hassan Salamony

Hassan Salamony has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hassan currently serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at 3AI, a pioneering developer of advanced machine learning and AI techniques for investment capital allocation. In this role, they are responsible for the operational and commercial aspects of the business, focusing on investment analytics and management.

Hassan led a team that covered various financial institutions and specialized in interest rate products, financing, asset and liability management, capital market solutions, structured derivatives, and securitization.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Hassan was a Partner at WASP INVESTMENTS LLP, a UK super-prime real estate investment and development platform. Hassan co-invested in large-scale development projects in prime central London alongside Gemini Holdings.

Hassan's earlier career includes a 12-year tenure at Barclays Investment Bank, where they held the position of Director. Hassan was the Head of Bank Rates Sales, Fixed Income Europe, leading a team responsible for European banks' flow and structured interest rate products. Hassan also played a significant role in launching and rolling out the e-commerce trading platform BARX.
