Currently, holding the position of Sustainability and Regulatory Leader and Research & Development Leader at 3B-the fibreglass company, Bertrand oversees the development of new generation products and ensures regulatory compliance. Previously, Bertrand worked at Owens Corning where Bertrand held various leadership roles in research & development, program management, technical product management, and engineering. Bertrand's educational background includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Université catholique de Louvain and a Research Associate - Post PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Arizona.
