Cedric Mossay

Cedric MOSSAY is the Process & Technology Director at 3B-the fibreglass company, where Cedric also held the roles of Operations Director and Furnace Engineer. Cedric is currently the Managing Partner at Leodicum, an investment firm focusing on early-stage impact startups. Prior to this, Cedric worked as a Manufacturing & Process Engineer at Owens Corning, where Cedric was responsible for the CFM production line. Cedric also completed an Engineering Trainee program at Owens Corning, where Cedric gained experience in direct roving processes and mechanical department management. Cedric holds a Master's degree in Design Thinking from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MS in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Liège.
