Manon Raclot

Manon Raclot is a seasoned entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in innovation and strategic planning. Currently serving as an entrepreneur at 3BIS and in a guiding role at Avec Jimini since September 2021, Manon focuses on empowering entrepreneurs to build solid projects and achieve clarity in their business ventures. In parallel, teaching entrepreneurship, strategy, and innovation at Grenoble IAE, Manon has developed courses for higher education students and manages initiatives to engage all students in innovation. Previously, as a strategic foresight instructor at emlyon business school and an innovation accelerator at YouMeO, Manon led various projects aimed at enhancing client experiences and organizational strategies for notable companies, including SNCF and ENGIE. The professional journey includes roles at Capgemini Consulting, where Manon facilitated rapid group dynamics for innovation, and Zone Art, where responsibilities encompassed managing theatre activities and organizing a major improvisation festival. Manon holds a specialized master's degree in entrepreneurship from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
