Stephanie H. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Stephanie is currently working as a Protocol Engineer at 3Box Labs since October 2021. Stephanie explored and analyzed various blockchain technologies and built decentralized applications using React, Meteor, and Node.js.
Stephanie started their career as a Research Assistant at Kingston General Hospital in 2014, where they tested software systems and improved the department's website. Stephanie then joined Queen's University as a Teaching Assistant for "Fundamentals of Web and Mobile Applications" in September 2014, where they taught non-technical students about building scalable websites. Stephanie also interned at Queen's University in the Continuing and Distance Studies Department, helping professors set up their course websites on Moodle.
In 2013, Stephanie worked as a Student Researcher at the Blostein Lab in Queen's University, assisting with research on modelling tensegrity and co-authoring a report on software design issues in biomedical computing. Stephanie began their professional journey as an Intern for Technology and Operations at RBC in 2011, where they managed communications between different application development teams and documented processes.
Stephanie H. completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Software Design) from Queen's University, where they attended from 2010 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Toronto from 2015 to 2016.
