Roy Goulet

Roy Goulet is the CTO at 3C Institute. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Designer at Nortel from June 1993 to December 2008. Roy was the architect and team lead for a Linux-based network node to enable SIP trunking functions in Nortel's VoIP product portfolio.

Roy Goulet graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
