Michele Self has a long and varied work experience. Michele began their career in the US Air Force in 1990 as a Services Apprentice (Specialist) E-4. In 1996 they joined Comshare now INFOR as a Sales Associate Manager & Financial Svcs Rep Team Lead where they provided expertise and knowledge to the budgeting, planning, profitability, costing, reporting, and BI Industry Space. In 2001, they moved to Hyperion Solutions/Oracle as an Inside Sales Associate Manager. In 2004, they joined Acorn | Profit Redefined as a WW Strategic Business Development Manager and Inside Sales/Business Development Manager. In 2011, they founded OnTask Demand Generation LLC, where they served as CEO and Business Owner. In 2014, they joined Vena Solutions as a Business Development Manager, and in 2016 they became Lead Generation/Sales Operations Manager at 3C Software.

Michele Self attended Liberty University from 2009 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. Prior to that, they attended Melvindale High School.
