Rob MacLane

Rob MacLane has had a successful career in the staffing and recruitment industry. Rob started at Insight Global in 2003, where they held roles as a Recruiter and then as an Account Executive. In 2007, they moved to The Intersect Group, where they worked their way up from a Sr. Account Executive to a Sales Manager, and eventually became the Director of Technology Sales and Recruiting and then the Director of Strategic Accounts. In 2014, Rob joined 3Ci, where they first served as the SVP of Business Development before being promoted to President in 2015.

Rob MacLane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in programming and software development concepts from Skillsoft in 2023.
