Ajay Goel, PMP

Ajay Goel, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ajay began their career as an Engineer Trainee at Stelco Strips Limited in 2005. Ajay then worked as an Assistant Advisor at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, where they assisted academic advisers and served as a bridge between advisers and undergraduate students.

In 2007, Ajay joined 3CLogic - Cloud Contact Center Solutions, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Ajay started as a Systems Engineer and then transitioned to a Senior Sales Engineer. As a Sales Account Manager, they successfully managed customer accounts from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, Ajay took on the role of Customer Advocacy Manager and developed a customer advocacy program that resulted in increased recurring revenue and improved customer retention.

In 2015, Ajay was promoted to Director, Sales Engineering and Account Management at 3CLogic. In this role, they were responsible for onboarding new customers, ensuring customer success, and increasing company recurring revenue and profit growth. Ajay developed and maintained the entire service delivery process for new customers and created documentation for internal and customer-facing purposes.

Ajay Goel, PMP holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Business Management from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, which was obtained from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, they also have a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Business Management from the University of Maryland - A. James Clark School of Engineering for the same period. Prior to that, Ajay Goel completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, from 2001 to 2005. In March 2017, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
