Odemilson Lucena

Odemilson Lucena has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as IT Manager at 3CON Consultoria e Sistemas since February 2005, managing teams of approximately 120 collaborators across multiple locations and overseeing various projects focused on software development, performance optimization, and support environments. Previous roles include IT Coordinator and Systems Consultant at the same company, as well as IT Director at Prodepa, where Odemilson established IT guidelines for the Educational Secretariat. Earlier career positions encompass managerial and consultancy roles at Detran-PA, GPA, BBVA, and PRODAP, with responsibilities involving system development, database management, and project coordination, starting from an internship at Prodepa in 1988.
