Brandon Nielsen

Brandon Nielsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process improvement and software development, currently serving as the Director of Business Process Improvement at TIAA since July 2014. In this role, Brandon leads the TIAA OpenText Exstream team, overseeing application updates and the development of new applications using Exstream and Prinova Messagepoint software. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HP Exstream Developer at DISYS and a Programmer Analyst IIII at RRD, where Brandon gained expertise in various software programs and client projects over a decade. Brandon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capella University and a degree from Utah State University.
