Allyson Howard has a diverse work experience in the field of women's lacrosse. Allyson is currently the Women's Lacrosse Head Coach at Elmhurst University, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach for the New Zealand Women's Senior National Team starting in September 2019.
In 2017, Allyson held multiple roles. Allyson was a 3D Master Coach at 3d Lacrosse where they conducted workshops, clinics, and training sessions. Allyson also worked as the Director of Recruiting and Hiring and the Director of Human Resources at InGenius Prep. Additionally, they were the Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse at Central Connecticut State University from August 2017 to January 2018 and the Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse at Post University from February 2017 to August 2017.
Allyson'scoaching career began in 2010 when they served as the Assistant Coach for Women's Varsity Lacrosse at Grand Valley State University. Allyson then went on to hold various coaching positions at San Diego State University, including Student Athlete Academic Coordinator, Head Coach of Women's Club Lacrosse, and Assistant Coach of Women's Varsity Lacrosse.
Allyson's coaching experience also includes a stint as the Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse at the University of Bridgeport from November 2015 to January 2017. Prior to this, they worked as the Student Athlete Academic Coordinator for the University of San Diego's NCAA Division 1 program from January 2015 to July 2015.
Allyson Howard holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Liberty University, which they completed in 2022. Prior to this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration at Concordia University Irvine from 2012 to 2014. Allyson'sundergraduate studies include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University, which they earned between 2006 and 2010.
