Hou Bill

Hou Bill is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Service & Operation Director at 3D Networks since September 2005. Prior to this role, Hou Bill held several key positions including Head of FOIS at Orange Business Services in China, Technical Support Manager at Teleglobe, ISMC Manager at China Netcom, and Project Manager at MCI. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, obtained from 1985 to 1989, Hou Bill brings a strong technical background and extensive leadership experience to the field.
